Passive monitors, including bed and door sensors, smoke, gas and flood detectors and hand-held pendants, are linked through a phone line to the monitoring centre and will raise the alarm when activated.

Fall monitors clip onto a waistband and can instantly detect if the client has fallen, so even if they pass out, help will be on the way.

Our caring and friendly staff will then speak to the client and, in some cases, may attend that person’s home.
